One of the most important things we can do this year is to get rid of things that aren’t working.
Like in our relationships.
Maybe you haven’t gone on any dates and wonder if you’ll ever meet a good partner.
🙄 🙄 🙄
Or you’re dating someone and wondering if things will ever change.
Like Jenny.
She’s been dating Mike for four months. When they first met, she felt so attracted to him. They talked all the time and spent a lot of time together.
They had fun, but never had deep chats about their hopes, dreams, failures, and regrets.
And she wanted that.
A person she could be vulnerable with and vice versa.
But that wasn’t happening. Like the times she asked him personal questions and he blew her off by changing the subject.
He did that a lot.
So, Jenny was not getting what she wanted, yet had no plans to tell him their lack of intimacy was a dealbreaker.
She hoped he’d start being more open.
She was wishful thinking.
😑 😑 😑
And then there’s Ellen.
She wants to start dating.
Lots of her divorced friends have found mates online or by joining MeetUp activities.
But she hasn’t done anything yet.
She keeps telling herself “if it’s meant to be, it will happen.”
She’s also wishful thinking.
🦄 🦄 🦄
And maybe you are too.
If either of these scenarios sounds like you, ask yourself, WWVD?
What Would Viola Do?
If she was dating a man who avoided deep topics, what would she do?
If she wanted to meet someone after a divorce, what would she do?
I can tell you, she would not do what Jenny and Ellen are doing.
She would make shit happen.
And if you’re not acting like Viola, why not?
That’s where coaching comes in.
We figure out how to make your life resemble the life of a powerful woman.
Why is this important?
Because you have no relationship or you’re in one that isn’t working.
And that’s not what you want.
And I’m here to help you fix that. Let’s chat.
